About the product

Resonac’s epitaxial wafers are used as a material for LED chips. A light-emitting layer is grown on GaAs or GaP crystal substrates using the liquid phase epitaxial growth technique.

AlGaAs epitaxial wafers are used for red and infrared LED chips, while GaP epitaxial wafers are used for green, yellow-green, yellow and red LED chips.
