Information Disclosure Policy

１．Basic Policy

We provide accurate and easy-to-understand information to shareholders and all other stakeholders in accordance with the timely disclosure standards set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in its securities listing regulations and the fair disclosure rules set forth in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

In order for shareholders and investors to understand our corporate management, activities, and strategies and to fairly evaluate our corporate value,

(1) We actively communicate with shareholders and investors and improve management transparency.

(2) We disclose information about our company in a timely, accurate, easy-to-understand, and fair manner in order to deepen their understanding and trust in us.

２．Information Disclosure Standards

1)  We disclose important facts, such as decisions and occurrences that affect investors' investment decisions, and information about financial results, in accordance with the "Timely Disclosure Rules" set forth by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

2)  Even if information does not fall under the "Timely Disclosure Rules," we will proactively disclose information that is deemed useful for shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders to understand our company.

３．Information disclosure method

Information stipulated by the Timely Disclosure Rules will be disclosed through the Timely Disclosure network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the Rules, and after disclosure through the system, it will also be posted on our website promptly.

Even if the information does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules, we will widely disclose information that we deem important or useful by posting it on our website, etc.

４．Quiet Period

In order to comply with the Fair Disclosure Rules, we have designated the period from the five business days immediately preceding the fiscal year or quarterly closing date to the date of the financial results announcement as a quiet period.

During this period, we will refrain from answering questions or making comments regarding financial results and business outlook.

However, if there is a possibility that the business outlook will change significantly during this quiet period, we will make an appropriate announcement in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.

５．Future Forecasts

Of the disclosed information, future forecasts and business forecasts are based on information available at the time of disclosure and contain risks and uncertainties.
