Power Module Integration Center(PMiC)

This is a research and development hub capable of seamlessly carrying out prototyping and implementation, performance evaluation and verification, and simulation for power modules. By collaborating with the Packaging Solution Center and co-creation platforms, we deliver optimal solutions to our customers. In 2024, we expanded our capabilities and have been accelerating co-creation with external partners.
