About the product

Resonac’s epitaxial wafers used as a material for LED chips. A luminous layer is grown on GaAs or GaP crystal substrates using the liquid phase epitaxial growth technique.

AlGaAs epitaxial wafers are used for red visible light and infrared LED chips, while GaP wafers are used for green, yellow-green, yellow and red visible light LED chips.
