This is an LED chip comprised of a liquid phase epitaxial growth layer and a substrate for growth.We offer a lineup of visible LED chips in green, yellow-green, yellow and red, as well as infrared LED chips for a variety of applicatons.A lineup of high output types with eliminated substrates for growth is also available.
