Characteristics
- The inner surfaces of cylinders and valves are polished. (Chlorine gas cylinder valves are given additional Clean-S treatment after polishing.)
- A special wash is given after Clean-S treatment.
- Gas charging is conducted in a clean atmosphere with special charging equipment.
- Particle control is performed at each step.
