About the product

We synthesize hexagonal boron nitride, and manufactures its powder and other formed products. We have also developed a high performance hexagonal boron nitride lubricant/mold release agent “LBN” in cooperation with Nippon Graphite Industries, ltd., who is a solid lubricant manufacturer, and are selling the product worldwide. The hexagonal boron nitride is a white powder which has the same type of layer structure as graphite/molybdenum disulfide, and is well known to produce a very good lubrication/mold-release characteristic. There are various grades of “LBN” prepared to meet the needs of various customers.

Use a ketone type MEK-MIBK, etc. as the solvent. Make sure to avoid locations with open flames. Be sure there is proper ventilation during work, and use a mask.
LBN FK-205

LBN spray
(Spray type)		 - Boron nitride : 2.6%
Organic binder : 1.4%
Solvent : 47.3%
DME : 48.7%		 - 1.9 After degreasing the base material well with solvent, etc., shake the can well to mix, and holding the can vertically, spray a thin coat evenly from a distance of approximately 30 cm.
There is a slight anesthetic property, so make sure there is proper ventilation during its use.
Do not store in areas with open flames, with high temperatures, or where there is exposure to direct sunlight. When disposing of expended cans, punch holes in the cans before discarding.
