We offer custom-shaped, ultra-large, and high-precision aluminum extrusions. Our advanced extrusion technology minimizes bending and twisting, helping customers reduce welding, joining, and assembly processes. We can accommodate a wide range of aluminum alloys, from the 1000 series to the 7000 series.

This technology is used to join aluminum components. It includes vacuum brazing, which melts filler metal without the use of flux, and laser welding, which locally melts metal through focused heating to achieve joining.

Resonac possesses a wide range of processing technologies for manufacturing aluminum components from aluminum alloys, including extrusion, forging, and 3D bending technology (FCBP). By providing an integrated solution from the development of aluminum alloy materials to component processing, we deliver aluminum products tailored to meet our customers’ needs.

By pushing the extruded profile from behind and bending it using a movable die that operates along five axes with a fixed die as the fulcrum, complex free-form curved shapes can be achieved.
