Resonac Holdings Corporation and Resonac Corporation (President and CEO: Hidehito Takahashi; collectively, “Resonac”) announced that they have been recognized as a “White 500” company in the 2026 Outstanding Organizations of KENKO Investment for Health (Large Enterprise Category), jointly administered by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.

This marks the first time since the establishment of Resonac that the Group has been selected for the White 500, which recognizes the top 500 companies among those certified in the large enterprise category. Including its former Showa Denko operations, Resonac has now received certification as an Outstanding Organization of KENKO Investment for Health for nine consecutive years since 2017.

At Resonac, we regard the health of our employees and the organization as a vital foundation for realizing sustainable business growth and enhancing corporate value. This is supported by the practice of our Purpose and Values and by fostering a culture of co-creation and developing co-creative talent.

In 2025, Resonac revised its Health and Productivity Management Strategy Map to further integrate health initiatives with management strategy. The updated strategy is built around three key goals:

 1. Fostering a healthy corporate culture in which employees can work with a sense of well-being and fulfillment
 2. Increasing the number of employees with high health literacy who proactively maintain healthy lifestyles
 3. Building highly engaged organizations that support challenge and growth based on mutual trust and respect

One of Resonac’s key management priorities in pursuing its goal of becoming a World-class Functional Chemical Company is to realize a culture of co-creation and enhance employee “Happiness.” We believe this can be achieved when employees are able to work in good physical and mental health and with a genuine sense of well-being.

By enabling ways of working that allow employees to connect with one another, grow together, and experience “Happiness,” Resonac will continue to further accelerate its initiatives in health and productivity management.
