Resonac HD Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“RHDS”) has been selected as one of the Top 300 companies out of approximately 1,500 companies in the Singapore Opportunity Index 2025 (SOI) published by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

The SOI is an official index that evaluates how effectively companies create career opportunities, based on objective government statistical data, and this initiative is the first of its kind in Singapore.
The assessment is conducted across the following five dimensions:
- Pay
- Progression
- Hiring
- Retention
- Gender Parity
In this index, RHDS received Top 20% ratings in three categories: Progression, Hiring, and Gender Parity.
In addition, RHDS was awarded the “Launcher” badge* in recognition of its proactive provision of hiring and career development opportunities for early career talent and career switch professionals.
