̶Focusing on "Resonac's earning power"̶

September 11, 2024

Resonac Holdings Corporation (President: Hidehito Takahashi, hereinafter referred to as “Resonac”) is pleased to announce the publication of its integrated report “RESONAC REPORT 2024,” which is now available on the company's website.

表紙

  • Cover: Resonac hosts the global award “AHA!” as part of its efforts to instill Purpose and Values into its employees. For the 2024 cover, we have overlaid a "graffiti" design, inspired by the team members who won the gold award in the 2023 AHA! competition, expressing their desire to change society through the power of chemistry. This design embodies the excitement and anticipation for the future.

In this report, which is the second one since Resonac's establishment, as we approach the goal of our 2025 targets for realizing our long-term vision, we have focused on the question which our stakeholders are most interested in, namely “whether Resonac has the earning power.”

We feature our business portfolio, technology and people, and the trial-and-error efforts toward sustainability, which are the “issues” and “requirements” for our company's survival and growth. Additionally, the report covers the process of cultivating individual abilities and a corporate culture for a Co-creative Chemical Company, the identification and prioritization of companywide key risk themes, and the current status of governance reforms. Furthermore, the report introduces the “issues” each business and function faces and “the initiatives being implemented to solve these issues.”

We produce the integrated report every year from the position that this report is a tool for conveying to our valued stakeholders with whom we wish to have a long-lasting relationship how we have created what kind of value from the past up to the present and whether we have the structure and capabilities to create value in the future. Through the integrated report, we aim to enhance stakeholders' understanding of the Resonac Group and continue to engage in dialogue and co-creation with you.
